We stopped here on our way through from NC and had some of the best burritos ever! Their molé sauce was to die for along with their homemade cookies and coffee. One reason we chose this place is because they are eco conscious and choose quality, local ingredients like their beef. If you’re looking for a one of a kind place, this is it!
My go-to spot for fresh, healthy and delicious food. They have a great variety of salads, sandwiches, entrees, breakfast bagels, drinks and of course burritos, my favorite being the Gringo, which has a great Molé Poblano sauce. This is also easily the best place around for espresso drinks. You can either come here for a quick bite to-go or stick around with a cup of coffee and pastry.

Over 20 years ago, in the year 2000, we set out to fill a niche in Carbondale and create a business that serves our community by providing a gathering place for friends, families, workers and volunteers and supporting hundreds of non-profits that serve our valley and world. We also, as it happens, built a cafe that serves gourmet international cuisine at a fast-food pace. We went door-to-door to every home in town explained our mission: to serve you and support the causes and organizations that we think will help our community thrive.
